We ship all orders quickly from our Oakville, Ontario warehouse. Orders placed before 1PM EST (Mon–Fri) typically leave our facility within 24 hours.

• $9.95 Flat Rate on orders under $79
• Currently, we do not ship outside Canada.

Delivery timelines vary by region. Rural or remote areas may require an additional 1–3 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

1. A TRUMARK shipping confirmation email
2. A tracking email (within 24 hours) with your tracking number and estimated delivery date

You can also view tracking details anytime under My Account → My Orders → Order Shipments.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived, please allow up to 48 hours—The shipping company may update before delivery is complete. Still missing? Contact us or call 1-877-500-2001 and we’ll make it right.

Address Accuracy & Mail Forwarding

Our shipping couriers do not forward parcels. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to ensure smooth delivery.

Our 60-Day Guarantee

We want you to love every TRUMARK product. If you’re not completely satisfied, return it within 60 days—even if it’s opened—for a full refund.

How to start a return:

1. Contact our Customer Care Team with your order number, product name(s), and reason for return.
2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
3. Once received, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing. Refunds appear within 5–10 business days (often sooner).

After 60 days, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a store credit may be issued.
